i dont have a lot of eggs but when i do i like to have a really good one  1)The first thing you have to do is start with warm pan  2)then some butter at the pan we go okay  3)we have to got this pan heating on high you then you are going to hear some sizzle and snap 4) i put just a little butter um i am not sure   how little that is there you go so you start off with that so circle it around and put that down just a little  5)next you take an egg and you tap it on the side and you have to pull these two apart and you drop it in the pan thats perfect  6)you let this cook so you can see right now its coming across its coming along here on the edges  get some of that butter over there you can out can slide the egg already so you look that means that you have the right amount of butter on the bottom now you have to judge the areas in the egg that we are waiting for that to solidify the yolk is perfect that outside starting to cook doesn't take long now if you like it sunny side up you leave it in here for another minute until this gets a little more solid right there as you can see  7)Afterwards babies down salt and pepper you got your aid  i like to check the bottom give this guy a flip and about check it out probably another 30 sec now i know that there pros and cons well that what i like to put a little salt and a little pepper right now because it cooks right in now usually have the ground salt and pepper but its better to use this stuff right now  this guys ready for a flip check it out ready see how easy it is to flip and it's a little brown there because here now it's just a matter of deciding how you want your egg to cook you can touch it anywhere to tell its done   i like my over medium to well over medium its going to be done in another 30 seconds or so that one snapped alright this is perfect check it out that is a perfect medium well egg
